The Chateau has been completely renovated to a high standard and has good sound insulation, new fully-tiled bathrooms with heated towel rails, fitted kitchens, comfortable beds and quality furnishings. There are 5 apartments which link up allowing everyone to have their own space in addition to sitting together and eating as a group.

There are 3 apartments for 4 people in the west tower, (each measuring 65 sq. metres).  They have a double bedroom and twin (extra bed available on request), an open plan sitting/dining room and a fitted kitchen with oak cupboards. 

APARTMENT 1: on the ground floor, has its own sun terrace with an entrance through french windows from the lawn. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and W.C.  There is also a dishwasher and enough crockery, cutlery and glasses in the kitchen to cater for the whole group, making mealtimes altogether easy, with access to the games room where there is a long table which can seat up to 26 indoors.
APARTMENT 2, on the first floor, and
APARTMENT 3 on the second floor, are identical, but the bathrooms have a shower, washbasin and W.C.

 













APARTMENT 4 : for 8 people (measuring 130sq.metres) occupies the first and second floor of the east tower and has a private staircase from the ground floor.
First floor : sitting/dining room with corner kitchen and dishwasher. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath,washbasin and W.C.)
Second floor:  Two twin bedrooms, separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and W.C. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, washbasin and W.C.)
APARTMENT 5:  for 6 people, measuring 115 sq. metres, occupies the whole of the middle section of the chateau upstairs (first floor). There is a sitting/dining room with a corner kitchen and dishwasher. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en suite bathrooms, two with shower one with bath.

THERE IS A SUPPLEMENT OF 20 EUROS PER PERSON PER NIGHT IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 26 PEOPLE STAYING AT THE CHATEAU,  PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS 30.

There are laundry room facilities  where all of our guests have free use of the washing machine, and ironing facilities.

AMENITIES AVAILABLE:    There is a 13 X 6 metres swimming pool with a roman end, and a very large garden where the children can explore in safety, and where there is an outdoor table tennis table.
The games room has a full size snooker table and table football. There is also a TV with English satellite, a DVD Player, and a music centre in the games room, as well as wireless internet connexion.  There is also a long table which can seat up to 26 people indoors should you be unlucky enough to have a rainy evening, and which can be moved to one side if it is not required, it also has easy access to the ground floor apartment's kitchen.

There is a  shady terrace with beautiful views, that seats 26, and beside it is a large barbeque for the exclusive use of our guests.

We would like to point out that we the owners, do live on site at Mautors  but we are  not worried about noisy guests and are very happy to keep a low profile.
