 
Set in a third of an acre, the house and pool are totally private and a perfect venue for a family holiday, or just a group of friends getting together.
Bonnet is a charming farmhouse which we have lovingly restored, keeping its character with a mass of beams and stonework. The rooms are all a good size, so there is plenty of room for 12 people, everything is in good working order, and if there is ever a little hiccup, we are only 10 minutes away to deal it immediately.
ACCOMMODATION
Bonnet has six bedrooms.Three doubles, the first has an en suite bathroom which has a shower, lavatory and washbasin.
The second double bedroom has french windows (well they would be wouldn't they?) that lead out on to the garden and the swimming pool, and the third double has loads of beams and character.

There is one which has 3 single beds, another which has 2 single beds, and the third is a smaller bedroom with one single bed.
The house normally sleeps 12, but an extra single bed could be added, at a further cost of £100 per week.
There is a dining room that opens out on to the terrace at one end, and which steps down at the other end to a fitted kitchen with oak cupboards. The kitchen is well equipped, and has both a dishwasher and washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer and microwave, as well as a seperate fridge for drinks.
The large sitting room has a wealth of beams and stonework, and french windows leading directly out on to the garden and the swimming pool. There is a TV which receives English satellite, as well as a DVD player.
The three bathrooms are fully tiled, two with a shower, and one with a bath. They all have lavatories.
A quiet market town, Lauzun has 2 good restaurants, a baker, a small supermarket, and a market on Saturdays.
There is a hypermarket 15 minutes away at Miramont, or in Bergerac which is 30 minutes away, and the beautiful town of Villeneuve Sur Lot is around 45 minutes.
